REVEILLE DME: HELPING OUR MILITARY WAKE UP PAIN FREE

Reveille DME is a disabled veteran-owned, veteran-operated durable medical equipment service company fully focused on serving our U.S. military personnel. We are bringing the highest quality, state-of-the-art orthopaedic and podiatric post-surgical therapy equipment to our service people at military bases. We are unique in the healthcare service world because we deliver or ship these therapies on base to patients homes upon the prescription of base surgeons. We train patients on the proper use of the therapies so they maximize their recovery time, heal quicker, and have better outcomes. We are thoroughly committed to serving those who serve and are deeply involved with the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund through board involvement and funding.

LEADERSHIP

James Hradecky, Founder

After graduating from West Point in 1986, Jim served seven years on active duty, with two tours in the 82nd Airborne Division and one in Germany. A Field Artillery Officer with both Battery Command and Battalion Operations Officer experience, he left the military in 1993. He hires veterans as leaders for his companies, with 60 percent of leadership positions being held by veteran officers or senior non-commissioned officers. Jim is honored to be a board member of the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund.

Jim’s degree from West Point in 1986 was followed many years later with an MBA from Babson College, focusing on Entrepreneurship, in 2010. In his 27 years in the medical industry, Jim has founded, managed, grown, sold, and turned around several medical device and service businesses. Always focusing on outcomes for patients, physicians, and facilities, Jim’s businesses effectively use technology, human interaction, and doing what’s right in caring for people to achieve the best results possible.
